Number one, all about mindfulness.
When I first encountered the phrase ‘you better lie down cause the angels are watching,’ I found the implications fascinating of constant surveillance and the relevance of self-examination. Mindfulness entails being fully present in the immediate moment, being aware of your mental states, emotional experiences, and your environment.
It’s like a condition in which you experience an extreme sense of connection to the entire cosmos, as if the angels are vigilant over you. Mindfulness has enabled many individuals to relax, reduce tension, and make them feel as if they are under the surveillance of a vast, powerful presence.
Number two, all about thinking about your thinking.
Introspection? It’s as if taking a step back from the hustle and bustle of daily life to ponder the nature of your actions and the reasons behind them.
Among my clients, there are those who practice journaling and meditation daily in order to delve deeply into their own reflections. This process aids individuals in better understanding themselves. And discern the rationale for their actions. And as they may realize? their actions are not solely for their benefit, but it contributes to a larger scope of things, as though guided by the celestial influence.

This practice totally transforms their perspective on life and makes them feel more linked to the cosmos. It feels like the angels are giving them a applause for being grateful, making them feel peaceful and joyful.
